This is a trvly inpsired brew. I had family in town the weekend I decided to unleash this hellish concoction. I was always getting jabbed by visitors because my coffee was “too strong.” Anyway, since ditching the evil K-Cupper and getting back in touch with my Trve Roots, I thought this medium roast might please the whole house. I wasn’t wrong. Over the course of the weekend I pretty much ground and brewed the whole bag. This is the real deal and would be a great add as a subscription choice.

I’ll start by saying I’m not a big fan of lighter roasts, but this blend surprised me. It quite delicious. Light but not too bitter or tart. Smooth with a really nice finish and packs quite a punch as far as the caffeine goes. Got me programming those blast beats early in the morning!
